NMS BREAKS GROUND ON $50M MIXED-USE PROJECT IN LA

LOS ANGELES — Construction has commenced on NMS @ La Cienega, a $50 million, 125-unit multifamily complex at La Cienega Boulevard and Westmount Drive in Los Angeles’ Beverly Hills-West Hollywood region. The 200,000-square-foot community will also feature 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. It is being developed by NMS Properties and designed by Killefer Flammang Architects.

EAST LOS ANGELES

Su Casa De Cabrio Chavez, Inc. – a 1,500 sq. ft. lease for a check cashing store opened at 5166 Whittier Boulevard.  An agent of Centers Business Management in Los Angeles represented the lessor, Whit-west, LLC, in the transaction.

 

LONG BEACH

Chase Bank – a single tenant occupied 5,000 sq. ft. building, located at 940-46 Long Beach Boulevard, has been purchased for an undisclosed sum by private investor N&H Hanassah.  Rick Rivera, with Centers Business Management in Los Angeles, represented the seller, Heritage, LLC, in the transaction.  Chase Bank has a 15 year triple net lease for the building.

 

LYNWOOD

Starbucks – a 1,750 sq. ft. lease for a coffee shop opened at 3931 Martin Luther King Boulevard.  Geoff Grossman of Centers Business Management in Los Angeles, represented the lessor, 805 Property, LLC, in the transaction.

 

NORTH HOLLYWOOD

Sherwin Williams – a 4,884 sq. ft. lease for a paint store opened at 11335 Magnolia Boulevard.  Dav O’Connell and David Guardado of Centers Business Management in Encino represented the lessor, Papanicolaou, in the transaction.

 

TORRANCE

A 7,300 sq. ft. parcel – located at 22501 Crenshaw Boulevard, has been purchased for $4,175,000.  Rick Rivera of Centers Business management in Los Angeles represented the lessor, Sepulveda and Crenshaw, LLC, in the transaction.

 

MISSION VIEJO

Super Cuts – a 1,440 sq. ft. lease for a salon opened at 25523 Marguerite Parkway.  Roselene White of Centers Business Management in Los Angeles represented the lessor, Nopada Properties, in the transaction.
